Meemya rolled over, but instead of actually rolling over, he spammed oddly, since the response for rolling over was normally for a pony’s muscles, not a bird’s.

The sudden change made Meemya jump awake, trying to bolt upright, but because he was off balance from being held by Maud, he ended up smacking his elf in the face with his leg before landing on the ground beneath her. “Ow…” Meemya mewed, seeing stars. Arthur peeked out between his coils, hearing Meemya’s voice.

*They both look at him with concern.*

Meemya shook her head to clear it, and sat up. He looked up at Maud, then meeped and quickly looked away, his marks glowing semi-brightly. Arthur saw Meemya from between the bars, and made an excited squeal, smashing open the cage door as he leaped at him.

*Maud smiled and the stranger scooted away, a bit shy…*

Meemya jumped as Arthur impacted into the back of his head, hugging him with his hooves and coiling around his neck with his snake half. “DADDY!” Arthur shouted happily, nuzzling Meemya’s mane.

Meemya froze, shocked that Arthur spoke. Arthur happily repeated it over and over, overjoyed to see his father again.
