Maud: Yikes… That thing does not look pleasant…
Maud: Good.
*She started walking in the direction that they were going.*
Meemya followed. After a few minutes, he suddenly made an excited sound and pointed to a yellow structure about 40 ft tall. “That’s it!” He exclaimed excitedly.
Maud: Ah good! Let’s go!
Meemya quickly scampered forward, to a smaller brown structure across the street from it. “This is the bar.” He said, stopping in front of it for a split second, before doing another one of his odd line in-place dances.
*Maud smiled and chuckled to herself.*
He continued for another few seconds, before stopping, and peeking into the alleyway.
*Maud did the same…*
The alley was rather dismal and dirty, like one would expect. But under a collection of six pipes was a glowing green object the size of a baseball, lying in a nest of Meemya’s feathers. “Th-There it is…” Meemya choked out, slowly approaching.
*Maud smiled and followed him.*
Maud: Thank goodness it’s okay!
Meemya crawled under the pipes, retrieving the egg carefully. He smiled, sitting beside Maud. He nuzzled the egg, and whispered to it, “Hello again, my precious child. Mommy’s here.”
*Maud watched happily, wagging her tail with joy.*
Maud: So now where are we gonna take it?
Meemya shurgged, tearing up as he pet the egg. He looked up at Maud, and asked, “Do you want to hold it?”

*Maud whispered to him.*
Maud: Do you know these ponies over here?
"No, thankfully." Meemya said. They passed a younger foal playing in the snow with her cat. The sight of the cat made him gulp, and hide behind Maud.
Maud: Hmmm…
*She looked at him with suspicion for a second…*
"Sorry." He apologized once they had passed. "Cats chase birds, and they’re class leave scars." Meemya lifted up one of his wings, showing four thin close scars.
Maud: I see… I’ve lived with many cats before, and I got used to the occasional scratch.
"They try to eat me." Meemya mewed, looking down at his hooves sheepishly.
Maud: I see… shall we continue walking now?
Meemya nodded, scanning the rooftops for yellow again. That is until a ball hit him in the side of his face a minute later. He teetered for a second, dazed, then faceplanted with a loud thwack. Three nearby foals looked horrified, as they hadn’t seen him before kicking the ball, and quickly raced over.
Maud: You alright there, buddy?
*Maud tries to help him up.*
Meemya gurgled and twitched, conscious, but barely. He had a large bruise on the side of his face where he had been hit, and his nose was bleeding. But his blood wasn’t red. It was the exact same shade as the lime paints stripes on his body, and was constantly glowing. The three foals, fearing retribution, sputtered out the world’s fastest apology as they grabbed the ball and ran off.
Maud: Just be careful, kids! You alright?
Meemya nodded, wiping the blood away quickly, so no one would see.
*Maud quickly summoned a box of tissues and handed him one.*
Meemya nodded in thanks, unable to speak. He quickly wiped it away, then fashioned one into a cone shape to block the slowing bleeding.
Maud: You can make it, right?
Meemya nodded, smiling at her, which made him flinch in pain.
