For those who don’t know where shadow lugia comes from, most likely because you never owned a gamecube or perhaps weren’t into pokemon at the time, it comes from a standalone series on the gamecube. Specifically the second game XD Gale of Darkness. Most viewed these games as spinoffs that weren’t even really good, but I loved both Gale of Darkness and Colosseum as a child and I still do now, though I hold that Colloseum had the better music.
They involved rescuing “shadow pokemon, pokemon that had been turned evil and purifying them through opening the door to their heart. Super cheesy yeh but that’s very pokemon. Sadly every shadow pokemon except for lugia pretty much looks the same as it’s purified counterpart aside from the purple aura that served to tell you it was eeeeevvviill.
If they made a equal to these games, or even just a remake for a newer console I would buy it, despite the fact that I still own them for the gamecube.
And I will probably never stop, I feel an addiction to this game similiar to what I’ve heard most people feel about WoW and I will never give up my 50+ mounts >w>…….NEVER!
