Meemya whimpered softly, hugging the tree branch he was dangling precariously from. His bright yellow eyes were wide and fear-filled, staring at the ground several meters below him. A Pegasus stallion, his coat, a dark-to-the-point-of-black blue color, was unobscured by any article of clothing, which made him shiver all the more. His mid-length unkempt light brown mane and tail were full of leaves and twigs, from his climb up the tree. The oddest thing was the bright green paint markings on his body and his mane and tail. They seemed to be glowing brightly, for reasons unknown.
“It d-didn’t l-l-look th-this high w-w-when I climbed I-it…” He whimpered to himself for the tenth time, it seemed. His hooves were getting numb, making him worry if he could hold onto the branch for much longer.
