Maud: Of course!
*She took the serving spoon and pours more soup in his bowl.*
"Thank you!" He said, nuzzling her leg. His hooves no long shaking, he easily held the bowl without worry.
*She smiled and continued reading.*
Meemya quickly ate that bowl as well, and was about to ask for thirds, but instead decided to just curl up at the floor of Maud’s chair. His belly felt full and warm, and he was purring.
Maud: Where did you come from, anyway?
"What do you mean?" Meemya asked, looking up at her.

Maud: I mean your original home.
((It’s no problem. ))
"Oh, right. Well, I hid in my room for years because my father went crazy after I…" Meemya hesitated, but continued, "I mean, after my mother died. When he got himself killed, I snuck out, and began to wander around, and I ended up here." He nuzzled Maud’s leg again, scooting closer for warmth.
Maud: Awww, you poor thing!
*She gently strokes his mane.*
He makes a purring sound, his tail wagging. “Th-Th-Thanks…~” he stutters, his paint glowing more as he enjoyed the petting.
*She continued to pet him as she held the book open with her other paw.*
He continues to purr and wag his tail, pushing up against her paw as she pet a little.
