Alex: Okay now, I need to let you go…
*Alex yelped a bit in surprise, but after a second, he hugged him back.*
Meemya smiled, nuzzling them both.
*They both purred happily.*
Alex: What’s gotten into ya, eh?
"Technically my daughter Opal is one of you." Meemya said.
Alex: We saw; she’s wicked cute!
*He chuckles as Mike tries to break free from the hug.*
Meemya lets Mike go, and smiles, and says jokingly, “Careful, this is her dad you’re talking too.” Meanwhile, Opal had still not moved, her neck bent at a funny angle. Arthur yawned, sitting up. He stretched, glancing at Opal. He then turned to look out the window. Half a second later, he left off the bed, and rushed over to Opal, yelling for help. She blinked, but everything below her head couldn’t move.
Alex: Is that-?
*He rolled over and got up.*
Alex: Who’s that?!?!
"HELP OPAL ISN’T MOVING!!!" Arthur shouted. For Meemya, time seemed to stand still. He stood up, and ran upstairs, as if time really had stopped for him.
*Alex looked down at Mike, who was sitting on the floor.*
Alex: Stay here!
*He starts to run for the stairs… when suddenly Maud flings the bottom half of the stairs up from inside a secret passage! He gets flung up the stairs witha scream, but fort lands safely on his feet at the top.*
Meemya fell down on his knees at Opal’s side, feeling for a pulse. “Blink twice if you can hear me.” Meemya said to her. She blinked twice, making a sad face, trying to move her hooves out to him.
*Alex ran into the room.*
Alex: Is she paralyzed???
Meemya nodded, and said, “We have to get her to a Samaritan Plant, it can heal her.”
*Maud walks up the stairs.*
Maud: That sounds familiar… maybe I have one?
"Does it look like a large pitcher plant, or like a wide flat flower?" Meemya asked.
Maud: I don’t remember… I think it was a large pitcher plant…
“That’s the one. Samer Plants aren’t nearly as powerful.” Meemya said, relieved. “Where is it?” He asked.
