Maud: I only use this when I have to travel super long distances, and when it’s an emergency.
Maud: Hmmm… can we get there without the guards noticing?
Meemya looked down, and then his stomach lurched, immediately decided to empty its contents. “I’m distraction, you get egg.” He coughed out, pointing for her to hide around the other end of the tower until the guards flew up to investigate.
Maud: I think THAT was enough of a distraction.
*She hid behind the tower, her eyes on the guards and the pipe…*
The two guards flew up to Meemya, who looked miserable. “Oh look, it’s the Princess’s pet project. One sighed, looking at him. “How did he get up here? He’s too cowardly to fly.” The first asked. Meemya didn’t respond. “Go get the Princess. I’m sure she’ll be glad to know her lab rat is back.” The first guard said to the second, who nodded and flew off.
*Maud quickly looked down the pipe and teleported the egg away. She looked at Meemya as if to say, “Should I get you outta here?”*
Meemya didn’t respond, shivering and sniffling. The guard sat down next to him, and said, “Why do you keep running away?” Meemya shook her head, refusing to answer.
*Maud watched them, wondering if the guard was a friend or foe…*
The second guard returned. “Where’s the Princess?” The first one asked. The second shrugged. “I couldn’t find her anywhere.” The first guard sighed, then nodded to the second guard, who nodded back. Meemya’s eyes widened, sending Maud a quick glance, reading, “Help.”
*Maud suddenly dashed put and grabbed Meemya, holding her close and taking off immediately!*
Maud: SURPRISE SUCKAS!
The guards jumped in surprise, and quickly gave chase, three others joining them.
*Maud speeds up, and she’s VERY fast!*
Maud: Hold on!!!
Meemya tried too but began to slip. Just as she left her grasp, panic set in. Blind fear, utter terror. As she inhaled to scream, his markings began to glow brightly, energy shining out and slicing the air.
*Maud auickly dove down and scooped her up, clinging onto her tightly.*
Maud: Are you okay?!?!
Touching Meemya was like gripping boiling uranium. Hot enough to burn even Maud’s paws.
Maud: Hot hot hot HOT HOT!!!!
*She accidentally let her go!*
Maud: FLY MEEMYA FLY!!!
Meemya’s wings still had no flight feathers, so she plummeted. But after a mere few seconds, she stopped in mid-air, her markings glowing brighter than ever.
*Maud watched her and sighed with relief.*
Maud: Are you okay???
Meemya didn’t respond. She then extended a hoof out, a beam of energy launching at Maud and encircling her. It was harmless this time, and fizzed like static. Meemya then flapped her wings once, which launched her off like a beam of light, Maud being carried along safely in tow.
