He hugged her close, and pet her mane. “Don’t worry, no one will ever find you here.” He said with a kind smile.

“Do you see that spire?” He asked, pointing at one of the many screens on the wall in front of him, where a camera feed of the volcano could be seen. Poking out of the top of the volcano looked like a massive metal filled-in cross between the Eiffel Tower and the Empire State Building.

“That’s the entry station into my home, inside the volcano.” He said, smiling at her. “If you like, I can take you there sometime.”
