Kadius skipped down the path that led past the tree Shock was sitting by. He was singing happily to himself in a strange language, holding a glass jar with pond water and half a liver in it.

“Er….” His face was now a soft shade of red.

Kadius had apparently fallen asleep, and was purring softly in his sleep.

With a light sigh, Shock just laid there.

Kadius rolled over a few minutes later, mumbling something about a snake-planarian hybrid and a heart-shaped bed or some nonsense.

Sitting up, shock raised an eyebrow. “The fuck?”

Kadius nuzzled the jar, and wagged his tail a little. “S-Such smooths scales….” He mumbled, not realizing that it was actually glass he was pressing his face against.

Shock nudged him a little, his blush starting to fade slowly.

He opened his eyes, and looked at Shock. “Sorry.” He apologized.

“It’s alright…”

“No it’s not, please let me make it up to you.” Kadius insisted.

He gave a slight sigh. “Fine…” He then looked over to Kadius. “What do you have in mind?”

Kadius blushed, and tapped his chin. “Hmm… Well… Um…”
