(( OK. ^^ )) Kadius was wearing a black and green sweater as he walked down the road it wasn't exactly cold, but Kadius had figured he would draw less attention if he was wearing something, because... Reasons. He was carrying a cardboard box a little bigger than a shoebox. Whatever labels it had had been surgically cut out. And by surgically, I mean Kadius had sixteen bandaids on his right hoof. He wasn't limping though, and just kept walking along the road, mumbling something to himself.

“I don’t have a… abode.”

Kadius’s ears drooped. “O-Oh…” He said. He then brighten up and ran up beside her. “I can build you one then!” He said.

“No thank you.  just live in the forest.”

“But don’t you get cold?” He asked, sounding worried.

“I just make a fire. i will be fine.”

He made an exasperated noise. “You poor, Er, mare(?)!” He exclaimed, unsure if the term applied to her, since she was more humanoid than equine. He quickly jumped in front of her, and said with an air of finality and a very big smile, “I’m going to build a home for you!”

She groans and tries to push him aside “no you won’t.”

“I will!” He insisted. “I’ve done it before.” He walked beside her,McGill smiling at her and wagging her tail.

She sighs and nods “fine!”

He made a happy noise, and hugged her around the middle. “Yay!~”
