Eagle was on guarding duty, and was nearby. He noticed Zero, his body language indicating he wasn’t happy at all. He went to him. “Need some help?” He asked. He suddenly lifted the umbrella above him with his magic to help.
Zero opened his eyes and looked at him. He raised an eyebrow, and said, his voice sounding somewhat raspy, but young. “Thanks…” He noticed his uniform, and asked, “What’s with the getup?”
“City guard at your service. the names Eagle.” He said with a small smile, looking at him.
Zero nodded slowly, and turned back forward, waiting for the bus. He had a strange feeling that he should keep talking, but he didn’t know what to say.
“Are you.. waiting for the bus? You do realize it’s last roundabout was about an hour ago.. due to the strong weather, right?”
“Are you serious?” Zero said, huffing in annoyance. “Ugh… Great. Just great.” He growled, shivering.
“I could perhaps.. take you to your destination if you want?” He offered.
Zero looks at the stallion again. He isn’t seem to be lying. “How exactly? I can’t fly with these weighing me don.” He said, lifting the bags up to emphasize their weight.
